Wow! Did this Crepe blow me away in flavor, texture, and ingredients! Coming here was on our scope since another Yelper friend had been posting pictures of the amazing savory Crepes that this place produces! This inside of this little cafe was very clean and well organized. They offer a wide range of different Crepes, Sandwiches, Ice Cream, and Desserts. Which all of their desserts are baked in house! There is no alcohol served here but they have coolers full of refreshments! They also have an outdoor patio area where you can enjoy the outdoors. We decided to sit inside (which they only have about 6-7 tables) and were greeted promptly by our waitress. She was friendly and provided quick service! Also, the owner was there and you could tell he loves providing customers with delicious food and cares about each dish that leaves his kitchen! I ordered the Queen of Hearts Crepe that included melted mozzarella cheese, artichoke, hearts of Palm, fresh portobello mushrooms, fresh basil, spinach, and tomatoes! All the ingredients were v.e.r.y fresh and bright! The crepe shell itself was crispy but soft at the same time and was constructed perfectly! I could literally eat here everyday, it was that good! The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Just a savory crepe alone you will be very satisfied! I definitely recommend eating at La Crepe atleast once a week! ;))

As authentically French as it can get here in good old Ft Lauderdale! It lacks atmosphere, it's kinda of slow BUT this place has great food - oh so good!!! They have expertly made french everything (breads, croissants, desserts, meats, cheeses, etc.) Crepes of course are our go tos and they never disappoint and they have a huge sweet and savory selection - definitely something for everyone. It's one of our favorite brunch/breakfast spots in the area, if not our favorite :-) Everyone we have taken to this place loves it and you will too! I highly recommend it - Enjoy!

This is sort of an incomplete review because we, unfortunately, did not try the food but I did want to note our experience. We came around 11am (2 hours after opening) on a Saturday to find a completely full restaurant (both inside and out) with ONE server for the entire restaurant and what appeared to be ONE (possibly there was a second) person in the kitchen. The server was very nice, accommodating and friendly but we were with 2 very hungry children and they had just run out of croissants. At 11am. 2 hours after they opened. We ended up leaving but the food we did see looked good and the server (who was extremely over worked) was very nice--we definitely will 'try again' soon but hope they are better staffed and stocked.

This place is excellent! We came on a Sunday at 2PM and didn't realize they were closing. The employee came out and asked us if we wanted to eat, she would still serve us! It was so great! The service was excellent and food was very good! Their savory crepes are excellent; the ones with eggs are the ones that reminded me the most of the ones we had in Paris, France. I highly recommend this place... Definitely a gem! Great service and great food at great prices!

Delicious! Happy to have a little gem like this right down the street! Amazing chocolate crepe with whipped cream - my little girl is doing back flips over this place. The staff is very friendly and while, it's a lil pricey - in comparison to a crepe stand, it's well worth it and I absolutely recommend this place

Here's the kicker :: I don't like crepes. BUT! I liked La Crepe's crepes. My "beef" with crepes is that they're always soggy; I want them left in the pan just a little while longer to get a slight crunchiness. Then and only then would I like crepes, and that's exactly the perfection that La Crepe served. My boyfriend and I split the Brie Chicken (amazingly light yet filling) and the Wow! Dessert Crepe. Half of each was just the perfect portion, and holy wow, it was delicious. I also added a side of the chocolate ice cream, because of course I did. We had a large party of 10 plus a baby, and were very well taken care of: pushed tables together on the patio, had the menu introduced to us / fancy cheese terms explained, and always had a full glass of water in a cute mason jar. Highly recommend this little shop. Its location is tucked away, but it deserves your business! And it's amazingly well-priced!

The bad girl I had here made my afternoon! Said bad girl refers to a huge, deliciously sweet and thin crepe stuffed with Nutella, bananas and fresh strawberries. A stream of more nutella, powdered sugar and whipped cream further decorated my dessert. One of the larger crepes I've had, there's a piece of it sitting in my fridge as even the Dessert Snob couldn't finish this plate. Stopping here after my late BBQ lunch, I was pleasantly greeted and tempted with their other sweet and savory goodies. Speaking of large portions, I also enjoyed a full cup of latte to fuel me up for drive back to Miami. I noticed it's also a pet friendly spot with a couple of seats outside. The space Is brightly lit, airy and casual with even a TV showing the pre ' NBA finals coverage. The only bad thing about this spot was seeing LeBron's face on the TV.

I just got a take out dinner here because my girlfriend, Elizabeth, is in the hospital across the street resting after a tonsillectomy and I'm visiting for the evening. I can't help but feel guilty eating this in front of her knowing how much she loves crepes. But, it's amazing, and I'll take her here when she is feeling up to it! I had the crepe with chicken pesto, which includes; chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and pesto sauce. It was so delicious! Though I like to think I've tried a lot of cultures food, I'm definitely inexperienced in French cuisine. After this simple meal, I want to try more, much more. The people in the restaurant (I'm assuming they're owners) were very friendly and accommodating. I asked about their ice cream and the woman explained that they get it from a company that makes it from scratch in Miami. I had to taste the Nutella ice cream, for science.... It was very good, and the woman behind the counter explained that no one anywhere around here has that flavor.

First time, has been book marked for awhile. I ordered the Forestiere and Syd ordered the bacon egg crepe. Both where very good. Crepes are 15" round and stuffed with your fillings. Service was very attentive, informing and pleasant. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. They also have ice cream and baked breads and little french treats. Definitely will be returning.

Oh my word I love this place. Not only for the fantastic crepes but the sandwiches. So yummy. Owned and operated by a french dude who clearly knows his stuff. Fresh baguettes, pastries, and made to order crepes - it really doesn't get better. I am yet to try a savory crepe but I have had the banana dulce de leche and the banana nutella - wowza, sweet deliciousness! I also had the roasted chicken sandwich on croissant (because they were out of baguettes) crispy salad of cucumbers, tomato and olives with vinaigrette and lettuce, I had to to-go and it did not disappoint. I usually sit outside theres only about 3 tables but there is a fountain in the courtyard which makes it quite relaxing, quickly making you forget you are a few yards from the busy US1 road. They are also dog friendly, and brought a water bowl out for Max. Service is slow, theres only one girl on for the whole place, so don't come if you are inpatient or in a hurry.

Came in for quick lunch. Delicious, not grease, attentive service. Had the phili chicken crepe. Just wish didn't use styrofoam for takeout. I think foil and paper bag would do just fine.

I'm from food-snob mecca (San Francisco) and I LOVED this place. I had a difficult group... Large, indecisive, and we had TWO babies. It's a restaurant nightmare waiting to happen, but it didn't. The staff was fantastic at accommodating our group, explained the menu in detail to help us decide, and was super friendly overall... Not anything like that other reviewer stated (now go be grumpy somewhere else!). The crepes were AWESOME. We had a mix of savory and dessert crepes, and all were so good. I personally recommend the Brie Chicken savory crepe and the "WOW" dessert crepe. Best crepes I've ever had. I checked in here on yelp and found out that I could get a discount. I almost felt bad using it! The crepes are so cheaply priced! I would be happy to pay $2-$4 more per crepe. It would still be well worth it. I'm only vacationing here, but I'd easily be a regular if I lived here. TRY THIS PLACE.

I was a frequent visitor to the Deerfield Beach Crepe Cafe location, and when it was sold, I was a little sad. I did go back to try it with the new owners, and convinced myself it hadn't changed, but when I saw Samantha's review mentioning that my beloved Deerfield crepe man had opened a new place near my work I had to go. We went in for lunch on a Friday, and I was immediately excited to see Eric behind the counter making crepes. The menu has all my old favorites on it, but they have also added a few things. They now have more sandwiches and salads, and have expanded the crepe options a bit. I ordered the smoked salmon crepe, as I didn't remember it being on the menu at the Deerfield location. This crepe was amazing, it changed my life. One bite and I knew I had been fooling myself saying that the new owners at the old location are doing the same thing, Eric has a magical crepe touch. The smoked salmon was layered with capers, onion, mozzarella cheese, and sour cream. I had been worried about the sour cream, as I don't like the taste of it raw (I prefer it in dips and such) but it melded perfectly and with the pillowy, yet crispy crepe shell, every bite was perfect. I honestly don't know how I will ever order anything different here, I'm sure it's all amazing, but I dream about this smoked salmon. For dessert my boyfriend and I split a Bad Girl, a nutella, banana, and strawberry crepe. This is another must have. The service here was great. Our waitress was friendly and fun and even informed us that though they don't serve alcohol, the owner encourages people to bring their own bottle of wine for dinner, and she mentioned that dinner doesn't get too crowded. I can't wait to have a nice quiet date night with my smoked salmon crepe and a glass of wine (what wine goes with smoked salmon, I'll have to look into it)....the boyfriend doesn't even have to come, it can just be me, my wine, and my crepe. I'm so glad Eric is back to making crepes, and that the new location is easily accessible from work.

Big portions, great taste, and wonderful service. We had a group of 10 and a baby, and La Crepe was very accommodating! We are visiting from North Carolina, but if we are in town again, we will definitely be back!

This is a very good spot when you are in the mood for crepe. There is a nice selection of crepes as a meal as well as a dessert, and the server takes the "French" out of attitude. The prices are fair as well which makes it a good spot for a family outing.

Simply delicious crepes. Both old favorites abd unique new ones! The chicken and mushroom is fabulous and the strawberry ricoota cheese was outstanding! Pet friendly and comfortable seating. Try it out!!!

Did this spot change it's name? I was here in January for a breakfast of crepes and cappuccino, and upon my return a few weeks ago was delighted to find that they've added ice cream and pastries to this shop. Family owned and located in a great little nook of this strip mall that boasts a dazzling fountain as the backdrop to this evening of dessert al fresco. About 8 flavors to choose and I opted for two scoops of dulce de leche and oreo cookie caramel. Shared a tiramisu with a friend and while far from the best I've ever had, it was a sweet treat and I'd return to try some of their other offerings. Fresh baked breads too. The ambiance inside is warm and inviting. The parking outside is free and plentiful. Recommend a visit in you're in the area.

Though at date of this writing it has 9 five star reviews, there is simply no way I could go any five stars on it because, as far as crepes go, it's far from being "as good as it gets" or anything I could "Weehoo" about. But that isn't to say it is not a good place, because it is. My problems with it are that it really doesn't have much of a restaurant, café or bistro atmosphere about it. It's more like a cross between a takeout, and indeed many of its customers are there for takeout, and a quick eat in having very little if any table décor about it. Further, the background music system is a piece of cheap crap but that may be fortunate as the I doubt anyone would really care to listen to the lousy music they play which I would guess is selected for the entertainment of the young wait staff rather than for those dining. It also purports to be "So French." Well, in my mind it's not. That is not unless you think menu crepes such as "Philly Steak," "Steak Fajita," "Milanese" "Caesar," "Pesto," "Pizza," "Pepperoni Pizza," "BLT" or any "Sub," particularly a "Sub'Parmagiana" would ever even remotely qualify in any way, shape or form as being French. To think that any such concoctions would be served in the crepe cafes or bistros of Paris borders on the near laughable. OK, so now that I've given their menu selections a culinary bashing, for in their words being "So French," let me say that there are indeed some good points about the place. First of all, the prices. I really don't know of any other place that you can get a good sized crepe as well as a rather tasty one for $11.00 or in most cases much less. The coffee is good and comes served in large sized mugs of oversized cups. I had their tomato, cheese and basil crepe which was not only of generous size, but rather tasty as well for a mere $6.50, which to me was a near unbelievable bargain of a price. I also found their staff to be pleasant, polite, helpful and overall, though most of their selections aren't French, they are novel, unique, most certainly different but in a pleasant satisfying way. Hence overlooking the crap background music the oddity of what they qualify as being French and the rather cheap takeout like atmosphere, tables and furnishings, I don't have to stretch it too far in going four stars on the place and say that I look forward to returning.

Looking at window menu a young girl comes out & explained a lot. I asked if the spinach was fresh and I was told Everything is fresh. We choose to have lunch . I ordered the Opulence $8.95 looks great & tasted yummy But there were artichokes & hearts of palm. You can tell the artichokes came from a Jar as well as the hearts of a palm . It has that vinegar taste and smell. But both crepes were yummy. The room itself is cold not comfy . It need to move the tables around & make it cozy. Plus the music what was it .?

Seriously good food and AMAZING desserts. A little underpriced in my opinion which means you just get a great deal. Had the opulence crepe with the Wow for dessert. Both were well worth every penny. Clean bathroom and quick and friendly service, had a group of ten and only waited a few min and always had a full glass of water. Great experience.

Wow wow wow! Best breakfast ever! I was so sad, when this guy left his crepe place in Deerfield, no one makes better crepes ever! period! But he just opened new place in Ft.Laud! so happy to be able to enjoy his cooking again! That's all he does, crepes are his passion, and u can tell. He loves what he does and u taste that in every single bite....

I don't like crepes but the crepes at La Crepe are out of this world! So good. I love the Nutella and raspberry one. The chocolate croissants and the best I've had, better than the ones I have in Paris. I work in the plaza and always come here, the staff is so nice too.

I don't even know where to begin..so HAPPY I found this gem of a restaurant on yelp. Being of french origin myself, I have tried to find a crepe place in the fort lauderdale area for a long time..always disappointed! Well not anymore..It is so cute and casual..I sat outside on a great day..The customer service was great..I ordered the chicken pesto crepe based on the server's recommendation..and It was to DIE for!!..just found my new guilty pleasure..All the ingredients are extremely fresh and their pesto sauce is incredible. You taste the fresh basil..yummy...I think I want a sweet crepe now!:) If you are looking for a great crepe restaurant, you should check it out!

Great chicken crepes -- we couldn't decide which one of the two we enjoyed more -- the French Brie Chicken & Honey mustard chicken crepe. My mother enjoyed the croissants (and she's a tough customer to please!). The cappuccinos and latés were very nice too. The waitress was very friendly, and it was so nice to relax outside with a fountain nearby. Too bad they don't have a location in San Diego. :-)

This place is great! I suppose this is what crepes are really supposed to taste like, me never having been to France before! Try the Opulence or the Smoked Salmon crepes; Omg! Only gripe is that the drinks are all bottled, but that has nothing to do with the outstanding food.

We originally found this place while on vacation and looking for ice cream. When we got there we decided to try a meal and a dessert crepe, and wow, we weren't sorry we did. Plenty to share and the crepes were fantastic. Had the red and black (strawberries and nutella) dessert and the opulence. Service was both excellent and friendly! We'll be back someday! Got to this place because of the Sun Sentinel article and I'm glad I did, it's actually very close to my place, I ordered the Vegetarian French Brie Cheese & Veggies and for dessert Strawberries Crepe with dulce de leche, both were perfect crepes, texture and flavor, normal size, very fast service, I will keep coming to try new things, very friendly people and nice place, located in the Friday's plaza.

Super friendly. Great food. Nice lunch spot. Veggie options for vegetarians. I've tried two already, the tomato cheese and basil, and the hearts of palm. Both very good. My friend had the cranberry chicken crepe. Also very good. Looking forward to coming back to try the dessert crepes.

I don't like diner crepes but my wife does and she loved the cheesy thing she ordered. With plenty of rave crepe reviews already yelped, I'll cover some other items. I had the hot chicken Sub. Wow, a fresh baked roll and the house sauce is a unique oily "grey poupon" type with mild mustard flavor. Superb, and a nice break from a meatball or philly. The ham and cheese quiche is very tasty and came without that heavy bread crust that's usually used. Just perfect. The homemade pistachio ice cream was delicate, not dense like Hag or B&J. Very well flavored and delicious. I'll be back.

WOW, The best crepe I have ever had! The crepes at this place are amazing, they have that nice, yellowy homemade look and you can smell the nice light real vanilla aroma as soon as the plate hits the table. The portions are huge no matter if you get dessert or a savory crepe. The place sells homemade breads, pastries and french macaroons.

If you are deciding whether to try this place or not, I highly recommend you do! I had the chicken with honey mustard and my husband add the Philly steak crepe. Absolutely amazing contrast of flavors in a crepe. The portion size was more than enough than what you can ask for, so your dollar goes a long way. And if you are a Nutella fan, you can't leave without trying their Nutella crepes!!

I came here for the first time the other day. I and the person who brought me here decided we would split one savory crepe and one sweet crepe. We also each got coffee, I got iced coffee and she got hot coffee. Things didn't start off so great. The coffee was weak, both with and without ice. It took them a while to take our order and the service just wasn't all that adequate overall. I was told that the coffee and the service had both been better yesterday, so make of that what you will. It might have been that the server at the time was inexperienced compared to other servers. When it came time for the crepes, things definitely picked up. Some of the best crepes I've ever had. Our savory crepe was the tartiflette with reblochon cheese, bacon and potatoes. The cheese and the bacon went very well with each other. The potatoes weren't bad either, but I feel it would have been a bit better if they had used smaller cuts of potatoes like home fries style rather than bigger steamed potatoes. Still it was very good. Our dessert crepe was the raspberry and Nutella and it was also very good. They used real whole raspberries and it went well with the Nutella. They give you nice sized crepes so that even if you're sharing it still almost seems like you have your own crepe. The prices are also pretty reasonable here, we got some of the relatively higher priced crepes and it still came out below $25. They give free refills on the coffee, even though I'm not sure I would order coffee if I come back. I'd certainly consider coming back though, because the crepes here are hard to beat.

Great Dulce de Leche with strawberry crepe. This place is hidden along Federal Highway but is a quaint little cafe serving authentic crepes, salads, sandwiches and other items. Friendly and attentive service too. I'll certainly be back next time I am in Florida!

Decided to go here while I was on a business trip after seeing it on yelp. The selection was very impressive, neither my co-worker or I could decide. We both went with the smoked salmon crepe and it was very tasty. As I mentiond earlier that we couldn't decide on one, we both agreed to get an extra desert crepe each and further indulge ourselves. Those were really good as well. And the food and environment was so good, we came back the bext day for lunch again, and ordered pastries to go.
